Prylorix d.o.o. operates in accordance with: the Capital Market Act (OG 65/18, 17/20, 83/21); Regulation (EU) 2020/1503 on European crowdfunding service providers for business (ECSP Regulation); the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act (OG 108/17, 39/19); guidelines and decisions of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (HANFA). The platform operates pursuant to HANFA authorization, decision no. UP/I-450-08/2024-01/15.
